Our versatile house-made dough is ready for you to take home and be creative. Just pick your favorite fillings and toppings, and we’ll work our magic with our signature house-made dough. We’ve got you covered whether you’re craving something savory or sweet. So, what are you waiting for?

Use our Dough Ball kit and use it to make mini cinnamon rolls, personal pizzas, or breakfast bombs! Or try your hand at making our famous Piroshki with our Sausage Roll Kit for a little something different. The kit comes with 4 Uli’s Sausages and 6 Cheese Dough Balls, everything you need to create the perfect snack in the convenience of your own kitchen. 

Piroshki and our dough can be filled with a variety of different fillings. They can be sweet or savory and are typically fried or baked; your only limit is your imagination! Piroshki make a great rainy afternoon project for kids, as they can get creative with the fillings and decorating. Plus, they’re a fun way to use up leftovers.

Whether you’re looking for a fun baking project, a quick snack, or an easy dinner, the whole family will enjoy it.  So, get creative and enjoy the delicious possibilities!

[For all recipes: Let Dough Defrost in the fridge for 24 hours or on the countertop for 2-4 hours until the dough is soft. Once the dough is soft, you can roll it out to desired thickness using a small rolling pin.]

Mini Cinnamon Rolls:

·      Let the dough thaw

·      Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough until 1/8th inch thick

·      Spread melted butter or margarine on the dough

·      Sprinkle with a mix of cinnamon and brown sugar and roll dough into a tube shape.

·      Cut into mini cinnamon rolls – (Pro Tip: One dough ball will make 1-3 mini cinnamon rolls)

·      Put on a small, greased baking sheet

·      Bake at 325F for 8-12 minutes. (Pro Tip: Time and temperature may vary depending on the oven.)

How We Roll: Our mini cinnamon rolls are outstanding on their own, but variety is the spice of life. To change it up, add nuts, raisins, cream cheese, bacon, apples, or chocolate chips for a fun twist on this classic.   

Breakfast Bombs:

·      Let the dough thaw

·      Use a rolling pin to roll ¼ inch thick

·      Add pre-cooked toppings like scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, turkey bacon, zucchini, mushrooms, or cheese.

·      Pull the edges of dough to the center – top with butter or margarine

·      Placed on a greased baking sheet.

·      Bake 325-350 F for 10-12 minutes until the desired doneness. (Pro Tip: Time and temperature may vary depending on the oven.)

Pro TIP: Prepare items like meat & cheese ahead of time and store them separately. Do not overcrowd the baking sheet; leave room for air to circulate and for breakfast bombs to expand.

Personal Pizza:

  • Let the dough thaw
  • Use a rolling pin to roll until ¼ inch thick.
  • Top with pizza sauce, cheese, and whatever topping you would like.
  • Place on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake 325-350 F for 10-12 minutes until the desired doneness. (Pro Tip: Time and temperature may vary depending on the oven.)

Pro-Tip: To transform any sleepover, try a breakfast or dessert pizza that can’t miss with the kids!

Sausage Roll:

Delicious handmade Uli’s Jalapeño and Cheddar Sausage wrapped in our signature Piroshky dough. The perfect Pike Place combo. Recreate the experience at home with our kit.

·      Let the dough thaw

·      Roll out dough until desired thickness. (Pro Tip: You want to have a nice oval shape to be able to wrap your sausage.)

·      Cut 5-6 slits in your dough diagonal on each side.

·      Braid the dough on top of each other in a crisscross motion.

·      Brush top with Egg Wash or Water.

·      Bake at 350F for 10-14 minutes until the desired color is reached.  (Pro Tip: Time and temperature may vary depending on the oven.)
